1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arohan Hotels platform (arohanhotels.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Arohan Hotels is a travel division of Arohan Asset Holdings Private Limited (CIN: [CIN]; GSTIN: [GSTIN]), a company registered under the laws of India with its registered office at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], Kochi, Kerala 682030.

2. Services

Arohan Hotels provides an online platform that connects travelers with accommodation providers. Our services include nightly stays, hourly hotel room bookings, vacation rentals, curated holiday packages, and partner property listings.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are requests subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after our team sends you a Razorpay payment link and payment is received in full. The total amount includes the room rate, applicable fees, and GST as per Indian tax regulations (SAC 996311). A tax invoice will be issued upon confirmation.

5. Hourly Bookings

Hourly bookings have a minimum duration of 4 hours. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges. No partial refunds are provided for early departures from hourly bookings.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by property (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Please review the applicable policy on the property listing before booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Host Responsibilities

Property hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, maintaining property standards, honoring confirmed bookings, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations including tax obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arohan Hotels acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for the condition of properties, host behavior, or guest conduct. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing descriptions beyond our verification processes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

10. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
