Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy of the booked property and the timing of cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for specific timelines and refund percentages.
Refund Methods
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card. Processing time: 5-7 business days.
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID. Processing time: 3-5 business days.
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account. Processing time: 5-7 business days.
- Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet. Processing time: 2-3 business days.
Service Fee Refunds
The Arohan Hotels service fee is fully refundable if cancellation occurs within the free cancellation window. For cancellations outside the free window, the service fee is non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
If you shorten your stay (check out early), a partial refund may be issued for unused nights, minus one night's rate as a change fee. This is subject to the property's specific policy and host approval.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund was incorrectly calculated or not received within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@arohanhotels.com with your booking reference number. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No-shows (failure to check in without cancellation)
- Early checkout from hourly bookings
- Violations of property house rules leading to eviction
- Bookings made with fraudulent payment methods
