Booking & Reservations

How do I make a booking?+

Simply search for your destination and dates, select a property, and click "Reserve". You can pay securely via UPI, card, or net banking.

Can I modify my booking dates?+

Yes, you can modify dates from your bookings dashboard up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

What payment methods are accepted?+

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets via Razorpay. International cards are processed through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?+

Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Hourly Bookings

What is the minimum hourly booking?+

The minimum booking duration is 4 hours. You can extend in increments of 2 hours.

Can I extend my hourly stay?+

Yes, subject to availability. You can request an extension through the app or by contacting the property.

What happens if I arrive late?+

Your booking time starts from the scheduled check-in time, not your arrival time. We recommend arriving on time.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy?+

Each property has its own cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Check the property listing for specific terms.

How long do refunds take?+

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I get a refund for early checkout?+

For nightly bookings, partial refunds may apply based on the cancellation policy. Hourly bookings are non-refundable for unused time.

For Hosts

How do I list my property?+

Visit our "List Your Property" page, fill out the application form, and our team will review and onboard your property within 3-5 business days.

What commission does Arohan charge?+

Our standard commission is 12-15% per booking depending on the property type and services opted.

When do hosts get paid?+

Payouts are processed weekly, every Monday, for bookings completed in the prior week.
