Cancellation Policy

Each property on Arohan Hotels has one of three cancellation policies. The applicable policy is clearly displayed on the property listing page before you book.

Flexible

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in time.
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.
  • No refund for no-shows.

Moderate

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in time.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.
  • No refund for no-shows.

Strict

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in time.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 2-7 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 2 days before check-in.
  • No refund for no-shows.

Hourly Bookings

Hourly bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 2 hours before the booked check-in time. No refunds are provided after that time or for early check-outs. No partial refunds for unused hours.

Holiday Packages

Package cancellations follow a separate timeline:

  • More than 14 days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee (2%).
  • 7-14 days before travel: 75% refund.
  • 3-7 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No refund.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional business days.

Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of documented emergencies (medical, natural disasters, government restrictions), we may override standard policies on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with relevant documentation.
